Why are your prices so cheap?
We buy in large volumes, we have at any one time hundreds of roller banner stands and pop up stands in stock, this allows us to offer the best price on stands, without compromising on quality.

Can you design our stand?
Yes. We have a fully qualified design studio that are trained in this kind of design, we have completed thousands of design brief for thousands of clients, from small start up business's, to blue chipclients. Some of these designs have gone onto be nominated for design awards.

What makes your graphics better?
With over 10 years experience we now what works and gives the best results, we use the very latest printers that print far superior images with more vibrant colours and more accurate colour representation. Our graphics are printed on 185micron (Thick) "DIAMOND" white tear resistant polyester which gives a superb quality finish, the graphic is finally finished with either satin or a deep crystal over laminated, ensuring that your graphics last for years.

When should I order my stand?
We recommend that you order weeks in advance of your exhibition or trade show so that you can dry run your display before the event. Never wait until the last minute!

How much is carriage?
Carriage is calculated on an dividable consignment weight basis

How are displays shipped?
We ship by APC Couriers or Fed-EX Couriers and sometimes by Parcelforce if requested by the client..

What is your lead-time? How long will it take to get my display shipped?
Our standard lead time on displays with graphic panels is 24 Hours to 3-5 days depending on our business workload from receipt of artwork. We also offer a next day service which is our 24 hour service, but this does in cure a 40% ser-charge. Other products not requiring exhibition printing can be shipped next day if in stock, on receipt of your payment.

Do you charge VAT?
17.5% VAT will be charged at the standard rate for all products and deliveries. European, International and Charities are exempt.

What do you get with the pop up stands?
Our stands come complete with exhibition printing. frame and deluxe transit case. Sometimes depending on monthly offers we supply the pop up stands with lights and counter conversion kit and even literature unit (See Monthly Special Offers*)

Do the stands include graphics and case?
Yes. all our stands include printed full colour graphics, there are no hidden extras with us, unlike our competitors.

What file formats do you accept for "output ready" graphics?
We accept most file formats I.E.:

  • Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or later.
  • Adobe Photoshop 5.0 or later.
  • Quark Express 3.3 or later and InDesign formats.
  • PDF - Hi Resolution.
  • JPG - Hi Resolution.

Files must be sent on disc or uploaded via our site. Files under 2mb can be sent via e-mail.

How long does it take to set up? Is it easy?
Set up usually takes about 1-5 minutes on roller banner stands and about 5 -10 minutes on larger pop up style stands if it's your first time. With practice this time can be reduced to about 5-10 minutes.

Do your stands have a guarantee?
Yes. There is always some kind of guarantee, some products have far greater guarantees than other and some guarantees on hardware (not exhibition printing) can from 10 years to lifetime. For more information see Terms & Conditions.

Do except returns?
We do on standard shelf items but we charge a 15% restocking charge, but not on custom made or printed items or goods.
